What is Needed to Install Front Cargo Basket on Dahon Folding Bike

Question:
I would like to attach the basket or the luggage rack but notice I have no holes on the front to attach it. Any suggestions? I bought my Dahon used and I’m guessing it’s an older mariner.

What you need is the Valet Truss and Quick Coupler # 33413-5-06 installed on your Dahon bike and you'll be able to then mount the # 33414-2-05 that you referenced.
