Headache racks are designed to fit certain year, make, and model of truck so there are not any that are a universal fit or that are cut down to work with a utility bed. For example, the Westin HDX Headache Rack - Black Powder Coated Steel # 57-8005 is only designed to fit certain model year of Ford truck while the MaxxTow MaxxHaul Headache Rack # MT70234 is only a fit for some Ram trucks.
