Do Access Rockstar Custom Mud Flaps Attach To Ball Mount or Hitch

Question:
Do you need to have ball hitch ed into receiver to use the rock guard? I pull a 5th wheel trailer and d not need a ball mounted when pull g a 5th wheel. Truck is a 201 f3550

The Access Rockstar series of custom mud flaps do clamp onto a 2" ball mount to install. The Access Rockstar XL Custom Mud Flap with Smooth finish that you will need for the 2019 Ford F-350 is # A10100711 as long as your truck is a not a dually. There is currently not a rock tamer available custom-fit for your truck that does not attach to a ball mount.
The Access Rockstar Series # A10400211 that you referenced fits Dodge trucks.
