Im thinking purchasing the ROLA two piece hitch mount and this trailer hitch. Do I need any additional parts to install this?

You will not need any additional parts to install the Draw-Tite Class I Trailer Hitch, # 24923. If there is ever the chance you would want to pull a small trailer you'll need to add a wiring harness # C56142 which will easily plug into your existing wiring system behind the tail lights.
Since you're also looking for a cargo carrier, the 47 X 19 Curt # C18110 . Since the only hitches available for your vehicle are Class I you're going to be limited to 200-lbs tongue weight and carriers with a 1-1/4" receiver compatibility, so the capacity of the cargo carriers won't ever really come into play when comparing them.
The Curt #18110 weighs 30 pounds. This would need to be subtracted from your Tow Weight capacity to determine the weight of cargo that you could safely carry. You cannot exceed your tongue weight capacity.
