Running lights on trailer work but no brake or turn signals both sides This a 2010 Ford F-250 super duty

The first thing I would have you do is check for power at the 7-way on these circuits. If no power is present then check the brake/turn signal fuses on your 2010 Ford F-250. If the brake/turn signal fuses are good then you have a short between these and the 7-way.
If there is power present at the 7-way then that means the issue is on the trailer. Inspect both trailer connectors and then check the ground for each taillight. If these two check out then your only other option is to trace the stop/turn circuit wires from the lights up to the trailer connector.
