Is 315 Degrees Normal High Temperature for Greystone Stove Top Burner # 324-000126

Question:

Have the Greystone induction cook-top in my Puma travel trailer. How hot, temp. wise, should the magnetic pan get at 1800 watts? Can not get above 315F, and only 159F with universal stainless steel converter. Thanks,

315 degrees on the high setting of the # 324-000126 is right at normal for a stove top burner in a house measured from the pan. Some are a little bit higher but it sounds like your burner is functioning properly.
