No Sound When Using Front HDMI Port On the Furrion RV Stereo DV7200

Question:
The front HDMI is nothing but a pass through to the rear HDMI. No sound from the front HDMI is connected to the DV7200 even if you HDMI on the display. So running HDMI into this unit Front will not allow you to use the speaker system of the DV7200. Can anybody confirm that this Feature actually works?

Correct, the front HDMI port on the Furrion RV Stereo part # DV7200 is just a pass through. The rear HDMI port or the RCA jacks must be hooked up as well when using the front HDMI port. If you were trying to hook a DVD player up to this then the solution would be to upgrade to the Furrion RV Stereo part # DV3300SBL.
