The correct trailer hitch for your 2004 Honda CR-V is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75690, not the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75784 which is for an Acura RDX.
