The u bolts are not long enough to fit over the end of crossbars. Any suggestions?

Since there isn't a set of longer bolts we can recommend for the Sportrack cargo box # SR7018 the best solution we can provide is a new cargo box that we know fits the crossbars of your 2018 Toyota Rav4 like the Thule Pulse L part # TH615 which has plenty of cargo capacity and installs very easily.
