When routing the power wire of the Tekonsha trailer wiring kit part # 118808 to the vehicle's positive battery post we don't have an exact route you'll need to take for your 2019 Mazda 3 but I can help steer you in the right direction.

Basically you want to route it up to the front of the vehicle from underneath it securing it with the included zip ties avoiding anything hot (exhaust) and moving components (suspension). I attached a help article on routing the power wire for you to check out as well.
