Are Replacement Parts Available for the Yakima Quarter ROC Bike Rack 8002533

Question:
Hi! Im hoping to obtain a replacement hitch bolt for a Yakima Quarter ROC. I cant find any details for this discontinued rack. But it works great and fits like a glove on the hitch of my 2002 Ford Escape. Too bad we lost the hatch bolt! Any chance you can provide me with the part # for a replacement or dimensions to obtain a close fit? Thanks so much for any assistance.

I spoke with Yakima about your Yakima Quarter ROC Bike Rack 8002533 and they stated that this bike rack was discontinued in 2001 and the hitch bolt is not a replaceable part. I asked if they have any dimensions of this bolt but they could not advise due to it's age. Therefore the only option I have for you is a full replacement for which I recommend the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack part # TH9058.
The Thule Camber 2 like your Quarter ROC is gong to last you another 20 years or even longer as it has a lifetime warranty. The main benefit you will see with this new rack is the integration of the anti-sway cradles which helps keep the bikes from banging into one another. There are also replacement parts available for this rack like the hitch bolt.
