Wondering whether the firman generators are completely 100 copper wound or are they aluminum coated copper and which one is better for longevity

I spoke to my contact at Firman and they informed me that the Firman 10,000-Watt Portable Generator part # 333-H08051 is wound with aluminium coated copper wire which gives it a harmonic distortion of 25%. If you need a lower harmonic distortion you would have to go with an inverter generator set, the etrailer 6,000-Watt Portable Inverter Generators part # 333-0003-2-0007 is the highest wattage we offer at around less than 3% harmonic distortion. In regards to longevity, the aluminium coated copper wires will have a longer lifespan than the pure copper wires if all other variables are the same.
