Cushioned Pin Box that Can Fit 2000 Forest River Cardinal with Fabex 665/663 Style Pin Box

Question:
I have a 2000 forest river cardinal tri axle. I also have a 2015 ford f250 super duty diesel short bed, with the curt 24000 slide fifth wheel hitch. It looks like the tag on the king pin reads Fabex 665 or 663 hard to tell because of age, but really want to put a new king pin with air and shock to help with the harsh ride that we currently have. Its 36ft long. Please tell me which models would fit my application and which ones you recommend, we live on a fixed income so something reasonable would be best. THANKS.

Cushioned pin boxes aren't exactly super cheap, but the best priced option that would fit your fifth wheel that has either a Fabex 665 or 663 is going to be the 5th Airborne part # 5AB-E1621-610 which has an air bag and shock system in it that will cushion the ride.
