Question:
The RV dealer that installed my hitch did not use the shim between the head and hitch bar and now that I am fine tuning it I need that shim, can I order one through you all? I also need the Snap up Handle for that will fit into the Snap up Bracket, can I also order one from you all? I thought they were all the same size but my neighbor had a spare one but it didnt fit.
