What are the voltage range ls204rw for these led lights.

I reached out to my contact at Optronics who said that the Optronics LED Off-Road Mini Light Kit # LS204RW is designed to be used with a 12V system. He said it could handle some spikes of 13V or possibly 14V but only for short periods of time.
