Will these springs help lift a 200# ramp?

Yes, the Ramp Spring part # RS16933LH for the left hand side and part # RS16933RH for the right hand side would work well with a 200 lb ramp. So long as the diameter of your shaft is 1-1/2" you will be good to go.
