Will this fit a dodge ram truck key? Im also wanting to know which locks to get for Curt Q25 # C16049 Please advise, Thank you

The Master Lock mini key safe, part # 5408D, is pretty small and the part the lock connects to in the safe blocks a decent size key from getting in. I'm not exactly sure what your 2016 Ram 3500's key looks like but I'm fairly certain it's a key fob like in the picture I attached. If so it won't fit in the safe.
Instead take a look at the Master Lock Safe Space storage box, part # ML5900D. It's quite a bit larger so pretty uch any car key should fit and it still uses a combination to lock the box. I've linked a video so you can see it demonstrated a bit.
The Curt Q25, part # C16049 that fits into your Ram's prep package, uses fairly standard padlocks. Master Lock padlocks # ML4140LH are a good option because of the 2 inch tall shackle span which makes them pretty easy to slide in and out. Keys like what comes with these locks are the size that are a good fit in the Master Lock safe you asked about, part # 5408D.
