Are the Husky Mud Flaps for a 2006 Toyota Tacoma Exact Replacements for Factory Mud Flaps

I want to know if these are exact replacements.

The Husky mud flaps are actually longer and wider than most OEM mud flaps so they will not be exactly the same but they are custom designed to fit the 2006 Toyota Tacoma with factory flares but not including the PreRunner.
The rear set is # HL57931.
