Can we put roof rails on this? We dont need them to be functional, just decorative to make the vehicle look better.

Yes, you can install a roof rack on your 2019 Ford Edge Titanium with a naked roof and the glass sunroof. I attached a page that has all of the racks we offer that will fit.
For "decorative" reasons I really like the Rhino-Rack RS 2500 Roof Rack # RRRS659B as it gives a sleeker look as the bars do not extend out past the feet of the rack. I attached a picture and install video for this rack on a similar Edge as yours as well.
