Question:
I have a hitch on my Jeep. I do not know the hitch rating but the ball has a 7500 lb. rating. Can I pull a trailer with a bike that weighs 1000lbs

All of the trailer hitches we offer for your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee would easily be able to tow a 1,000 lb trailer like you referenced. The lowest rated one is the Draw Tite # 75699 you referenced which has a 5,000 lb trailer weight capacity.
