Awesome. Although more expensive, the Rola looks higher quality and quieter. So to be clear, the Rola #R4002 is all I need, no feet or other fitting parts?

We have great roof racks that fit your 2018/2019 Honda CR-V, but the Sportrack is not listed as a fit. And even if it was I would not recommend it for you as it does not have a reputation for fitting well.

The best priced option for the flush rails of our vehicle is the Rola part # R4002 which installs easily and gives you aero shaped bars for minimal wind noise.

The Rola part # R4002 that you referenced would be all that you need. This rack is MUCH nicer than the Sportrack like you mentioned. Much quieter and a lot easier to install.

I need a good roof rack for a 2012 CRV. I like the price on the SportRack Semi custom roof rack for Naked roofs? Will this product fit my car?

The SportRack roof rack will not fit your 2012 Honda CR-V. Here is a link to the list of roof racks that will fit your vehicle. Just choose what type of roof you have and then you can use the other filters for pricing and style of crossbars.
