To mount a fifth wheel hitch to your 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty with a long bed you simply need to add base rails and an install kit, and for this I strongly recommend the custom-fit Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50082-58.
Reason why is because this is a custom kit that does not require drilling into your F-350's frame rails to install. This is not only very good for your truck but also significantly reduces the amount of time it takes to install the brackets.
