Can you convert the Everchill refrigerator to 110 volts for home use without an inverter?

Since the Everchill Refrigerator for RVs # 324-000119 was built for 12V systems the only way to use it for a 110V application is with a converter (inverters are used to power AC using DC like a battery).
If you are looking for a refrigerator for your house then I recommend finding one that operates with 110V so that you don't have the additional investment of a converter system.
