Question:
I currently have the factory BandB winterizing valve and need to replace it. 2011 voltage TH. It has a separate hot water bypass, it is fine. Will this valve be the one I’m looking for? I know I will need to do a bit of plumbing.

The B and B winterizing valve you have currently on your 2011 Voltage TH is the same thing basically as the Camco Replacement 3-Way Valve for Winterization Bypass Kits # CAM37463 that you referenced.
This is the correct replacement for the kit part # CAM35953 (6 gallon water heater kit) or the part # CAM35963 (10 gallon water heater kit). Since you are looking to replace your different system with a valve like this the better choice would be either of the kits mentioned based on the water heater size you have.
