The Titan Hydraulic Brake Kit # T4489600-500 that you referenced does not come with hub/drums.
Since this is a 6k axle brake kit the correct hub/drum you'd need is the Dexter part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ which would fit the same spindle as what the Titan brake kit you mentioned would have been designed for.
