I went out the warehouse and measured the Pop-A-Napkin dispenser, part # CAM57041. The outside measures 7-1/2 by 8-5/16 inches at the widest points.

Inside it's 7-3/8 by 7-3/4 inches

Finally, the mounting holes are 5-3/4 inches front to back and 5-13/16 inches side to side.
