The Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50081-58 is a fit for your 2006 Ford F-150 XLT 6-1/2 foot bed. This will give you the industry standard rail spacing you can see in the attached photo. I believe based on research your Robin Industries 15K Slider Hitch fits those locations, but I recommend measuring your specific hitch to ensure compatibility. Most hitches use the 22 by 20-1/2 inch on center foot print but occasionally you will find some that use the 29 by 22 inch foot print. If you don't have that footprint, then I recommend upgrading your hitch to the Reese 16K sliding hitch # RP30051. I've attached some videos to assist.
You may also want to consider adding the Mighty Cord 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 7' Long # A10-7007 to the bed of your truck for easy connection access.
