Looking for 15K AC for enclosed car hauler trailer that has controls on the unit, CAN BLOW AIR STRAIGHT DOWN, includes internal cover, starting capacitor if needed, $500-$799 price range including shipping. Any suggestions?

Your best option is the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner with Ceiling Vent and Start Capacitor # ACM150C. This is a 15k BTU unit that comes with a starting capacitor, has controls on the unit, comes with vent assembly to mount inside RV, can blow straight down with the adjustment angle of the vent and has the best price.
