Replacement Awning Light Strip for a 2015 Palomino Solaire 220X

Question:

This question may be more suited for a RV repair forum however I noticed other RV questions here so I will give it a shot. I have a 2015 Palomino Solaire 220X travel trailer. The roller bar on the awning has a thin LED light strip that runs in a track the full length of the roller bar. When prepping my trailer for this years camping season I noticed that 2-3 of the LED lights are burnt out, and 3-4 are very dim. A few more are now yellow in color. All the effected lights are on the same end of the strip. I suspect that the LED strip got wet at some point over the recent Michigan winter the camper is kept covered however it is stored outside. My question is....where can a replacement LED strip be purchased, and how hard are they to replace? Thanks!

Yes, we do have the replacement light strip you need for your awning and for this you can use the Replacement LED Light Strip for Solera RV Awning LED Fabric Light Kits part # LC423331 so long as your awning is no more than 20' long. If it is shorter than 20' then you can just cut the strip to the size you need. In regards to installation, this is super easy as all you need to do is peel the backing off, stick it to the surface while applying pressure, then connect the two wire leads.
