Question:
If my rv runs on 30amp power supply Can I run a 110 v regular house type fan on the wires that are currently there? Has a blue and a white wire The old motor says 12v dc 15amp The old fan was 12v but also ran off the generator ?

Sounds like your current power setup has an AC to DC power converter which powered the old fan in your RV. Because of that the current wiring for your fan will not work with a 110 volt style fan like what you plan to install. You'd need to go back to fuse box of the RV so that you can run 110 volt from there to the wiring of the fan.
We do have the RV ceiling fan part # 324-000053 which is designed to be used with 12 volt power which may be a better option for setup.
I attached a review video for this fan for more info for you to check out as well.
