Replacement Air Filter for Cold Air Intake System on 2015 F-150 5.0 Liter

Question:
Cant find replacement cold air FILTER ONLY for a JF Dynamics after market intake which was on truck when I bought it. Filter is clogged and has a damaged flange where it attaches with clamp so washing it to reuse is not possible. Now only able to tun truck with no filter! Part no. and where to buy?
