Cannot find the brand name and have no instruction manu for it. It is a long neck pullout sprayer with a single hot/cold controller on the front. The controller started to leak already, not even a year later and only used for 6 trips. I would like a comparable replacement. I can’t even figure out how the controller comes apart probably cause I’m a dumbass. Forwarding a pic also, hopefully you have seen this tape of faucet before.

That looks just like the Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet # LC719333 based on your picture. This would basically be an exact replacement. To see how it installs/removes you'll need to get underneath the sink where you will see the threads that hold it to the sink from below.
