Does this fit the new style RAMs with BakFlip MX4 foldup Tonneau Cover? Can cover remain on while rack is installed?

The ladder rack you will want to use with the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK448223 on your 2019 Ram 1500 is the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4000944, not the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A70480. The reason for this is because the angled uprights on the Custom option will hit the panels on the MX4 whereas the straight uprights on the Pro Series will not. They will both mount alongside the MX4 so you don't have to remove it.
