Question:
It is mandatory the VIN plate trailer on frame of the trailer. If the trailer do not have a VIN plate, it is go to road. Please give me this information .

As long as your trailer was manufactured after 1981 it should have a VIN number somewhere on the trailer. The VIN is normally on a plaque on the trailer tongue or trailer frame. If you do not have a plaque on the trailer then the VIN number may be stamped into the metal. Sometimes the VIN into the frame around the axle.
The VIN may also be on the registration paper work if you cannot find it on the trailer. The trailer must be registered with a VIN in order to legally tow it. If your trailer was manufactured before 1981 the VIN may not be the standard 17 digit format and could be anywhere on the trailer.
