Does Atwood 10 Gallon RV Electric and/or Gas Water Heater Use Anode Rod?

Is there a annode for this water heater? Model # GC10A-4E

The Atwood RV Water Heater - Gas and Electric - Automatic Pilot - 120 Volt - 10,000 Btu - 10 Gal Tank # AT94022 does not use an anode rod. The manufacturer uses a comparable if not superior protection by using a clad aluminum lining that protects against corrosion and does not require yearly maintenance like an anode rod.

Even though, it states that the Atwood does not use an anode rod. Can you use one? Will it be harmful or beneficial?
