Do Wesbar # 403025 and # 403075 Tail Lights Have 2 Bulbs

Both Wesbar lights, part # 403025 and # 403075, have two bulbs. One is a smaller bulb connected to the running light circuit which is for the license plate light. The other larger bulb is also on the running light circuit but is also connected to the stop and turn signal circuit. It works as a turn or brake signal as normal and when the running lights are on is lit up but gets brighter for the brake and turns.
