Since the knobs stopped working on your Thule Raceway # TH9003PRO it sounds like they need replaced and not just the locks. You will use the Replacement Locking Knob for Thule Trunk Mount Racks # 753-1909 which will give you the integrated lock. If the knobs were working properly you could remove the lock and they would still allow you to close the clamps.

The Replacement Locking Knob for Thule Trunk Mount Racks # 753-1909 will just come with the product as Thule only gives picture instructions. I reached out to my contact at Thule and they said you will need to drill out your current locks on your knobs and then you can remove the knob. When you get the new knobs (which can be the discontinued # 753-1909 or the newer # 753-0073 which would require new lock cores like # TH450200) you will simply screw them on and then lock them. If you need the clamp assembly as well to go with the locking knob, we have that part as well. It is the Replacement Bike Clamp Assembly for Thule Raceway Bike Racks # 7521537001.
