I do have an option for you but generally speaking, microwaves are not serviceable by the average customer nor do most manufacturers make replacement parts readily available. The best option I can offer you is to just replace the unit as that will be the easiest way to go about getting a working microwave. The replacement parts are also not always the most cost effective route.

For replacement, I recommend you take a look at options for Furrion, the Furrion Built-In Microwave part # FMSN09BL or the Furrion Built-In Microwave part # FMSN09MG. We tend to see less issues with these units when compared to the Greystone Built-in Microwave part # 324-000106 that was referenced. They also come with a one year warranty.
