Will the front hitch from my 2010 silverado fit the 2019 1500?

The front mounted hitch from your 2010 Silverado will not fit the 2019 model. For that newer truck you will need the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 65082 which is rated for 500 lbs vertical load. You may also be interested in the Front Mount Trailer Hitch License Plate Relocation Bracket # 5443.

The 2010 version like # 65052 had very different mounting locations and only fit 2007-2013 model years.
