Question:
I have a 2010 ford f150. Ive been using this camera for two years with no problems and love it. Now my display just shows a blue screen when I put my truck in reverse. Do you have any idea.

The blue screen error that you mentioned on the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System part # HM50002 is a non-repairable fault I am familiar with therefore, the unit will need to be replaced. There are no replacement parts for this system either.
For replacement, you are welcome to just obtain another one if you were happy with it but now might be a good time to upgrade to a better system, the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System part # RVS-778718N. This system can be used as both a backup camera and hitch aligner. It will also get rid of having to mount an additional monitor on your dash. If you just need the camera for a hitch aligner then you can use the Rear View Safety Hitch Camera part # RVS-83112 which is completely wireless.
