Looking for a gooseneck inner tube round 3.75

The Gooseneck inner tubes that we carry fit a standard 4 inch outer tube or slightly larger. If your inner tube is indeed 3.75" it is an older style Gooseneck coupler and we do not carry an inner tube that size.

The only option I can recommend is to replace the whole coupler with the inner and outer tube like Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler part # BD1289050300 I have attached a link of the Gooseneck Couplers we carry.
