Does Draw Tite Hitch # 75599 Fit 2003 Acura MDX Touring

Question:
Hello, will this product fit with the 2003 Acura MDX touring model? It has a different bumper shape than the videos you’ve posted and has both mufflers on the passenger side of the vehicle. I also have a compact spare tire, Will this interfere with the hitch? Thanks

I checked with Draw Tite and their hitch part # 75599 that you referenced does fit your 2003 Acura MDX Touring as they list the hitch as a fit for "all models" which includes yours. This hitch also fits Honda Pilots and we've seen pictures back from customers who had a similar type of exhaust setup where the pipes only exit on the passenger side. This will not interfere with the spare either.
