5th Wheel Adapter for Puck System on a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500

Question:
Hello so from what I am reading I believe the previous owner of my truck may of installed a puck system from a ford into my 2006 dodge 2500 4 door short bed. My holes for the pucks measures 13inch front to back and 30inch wide. Is this the adapter I need to use my rail style 5th wheel hitch? Thank you.

The Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches which was an option for your truck so this is very likely what you have. The puck spacing for this kit is also 30" side to side and 13" front to back.
