Can this be mounted in the bed of a 2018 f250 with an aluminum bed?

I spoke to my contact at Buffalo Tools and they said that you should be able to use the Black Bull Pickup Truck Crane on your 2018 Ford F-250 with the aluminum bed so long as the point in which the mounting plate attaches to can hold 1,000 lbs. However, I understand that they do not exactly give specific weight capacities for individual points in the truck bed so I think a better option for you is the MaxxTow Hydraulic Pickup Truck Crane for 2" Hitches part # MT70238 which attaches via the trailer hitch.
If I were you, I would not feel comfortable using the Black Bull Pickup Truck Crane on an aluminum truck bed because they just don't have the strength that a steel bed does.
