I have a 2004 Chevrolet 2500hd LS. It has the small power mirrors non heated. I want to switch to the larger tow mirror. Which mirrors do I need? Will the mirrors with turn signals and heat options work with factory hook up without additional wiring?

There are power towing mirrors that will fit your 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD but the mirrors will only support the functions your truck already has.
For example, the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirror # KS62076GE and # KS62075GE that fit your truck are powered and heated, but the heat function would not be added to your mirrors, they would only be powered.
You can still use these mirrors as replacements though there is also the option of the CIPA Magna Custom Extendable Towing Mirror # CM70211 and # 70210 which are powered mirrors but without the heat function.
The CIPA and K-Source mirrors are very similar with the biggest difference being the CIPA mirrors are made in the USA and come with a 1-year warranty compared to the 90-day warranty of the K-Source, so I recommend going with the CIPA.
