The largest cargo carrier we have that will work with your 2011 Kia Optima is the 20x60 Rola Packer Cargo Carrier part # 63155 which has dimensions of 47" long x 20" wide. The reason that this is the largest cargo carrier we have for your Optima is because they only offer class I trailer hitches for this vehicle, the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch part # 24965 or the Curt Class I Round Tube Receiver Hitch part # C11025.
The above class I trailer hitches then have a maximum capacity of 200 lbs . I looked up the weight of your Suzuki and found it to be 150 lbs wet. The carrier then weighs 44 lbs so your total (bike+carrier) is within the weight capacity specifications of the trailer hitch. However, the tongue weight capacity of your vehicle is likely less than that of the trailer hitch but the manufacturer doesn't specify an exact capacity. The bike is also going to hang off the cargo carrier surely but that's not to say you cannot secure it with some ratchet straps like the Ratchet Tie Down Straps w/ Storage Bag part # ETBMB-05852. You must check the tow capacity of your vehicle.
In short, it is NOT a good idea at all but is technically possible.
