Question:
Hello, Ive just received the cargo basket today. I am trying to figure how to mount my bike on it. My front of bike cannot sit on the blue Thru axle sleeve. the sleeves is too thick. my bike only can butt against it. I got a extra axle but the inside the blue tube is too large for my axle. what do I need? how to installed it? I saw the video from your website. However, the bikes are already installed so I was not able to tell if the bikes are sit on the blue sleeves or butt against them. Thanks.

The fork blocks of the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket # RRRMCB03 that you referenced are designed to fit 15 mm by 100 mm thru axles. Sounds like you have a smaller 9 mm thru axle which would require the adapter part # RRRBCA039.
