It sounds like your Forest River Spinnaker is experiencing hyperflashing when connected to your truck with the parking lights on. This isn't really a wiring problem as much as it is a power draw on your vehicle that causes a slight issue on your LED trailer lighting. The really good news is there is a simple solution.
The hyperflashing you are experiencing will go away when you use the Trailer Connector Adapter w/ Lamp-Out Sensor Bypass # 20142. This adapter has integrated load resistors to help your vehicle see the trailer lights need more power. This will solve your issue of flashing and dim lights when using the parking lights.
