It sounds like you have a bolt-on trailer jack and unfortunately there aren't any bolt-on jacks that are designed to fit round tube trailer frames. This is because this type of connection would allow for too much movement on the frame, especially when it's under load.
Your only option is to use a weld-on type jack such as the Pro Series # PS1401440303 that includes the pipe mount that would be welded to the trailer frame. This particular jack features a 5,000 pound lift capacity with 15 inches of total travel.
