I did some research and found that the1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty uses a 3156 size bulb. You will need to use Hopkins Backup Alert - Replacement 3156 Bulb, part # HM20101VA.
The item you selected, Hopkins Backup Alert, part # HM20100VA, is a replacement bulb for a 1156 size bulb.
